Registration fees must be paid by December 2, 2009. Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 48 hours in advance of the conference. All cancellations received on or before December 2, 2009 will be subject to a $195 administrative charge. We regret that no refund for cancellations will be made after this date. In case of conference cancellation, the organizer’s liability is limited to refund of the conference registration fee only. The organizers reserve the right to alter this program without prior notice.
